I’m here to help.

“Working with a coach helps you take advantage of everything you already know, but can't see. When Christina asks me questions, and when she listens, I can move lightyears ahead of where I started. Her depth of experience, outside view of my situation, and sincere care make her a truly transformative coach.
When Christina works with me, I know she cares, I know she understands, and I know that I can say anything. The way she listens prompts me to focus on what matters, and guides me towards the best way to grow is invaluable. She's incredible.”
How It Works
-
Initial Strategy Session
Start with a complementary strategy session, where you and Christina will talk through what you hope to achieve, where you are now, and how to get the results you’re looking for. If, and only if, you find us to be a good fit, we’ll make plans to work together.
-
The Iteration Next Framework
You’ll leverage the Iteration Next framework, based on proven product management methodologies to clarify your desired outcomes, more deeply understand yourself, and develop a personalized roadmap to achieve you goals.
-
Iterate
With Christina as your coach, you’ll start actioning your roadmap, continuing to iterate as you go. You’ll run experiments, measure your results, and refine your approach based on what you learn.

What I appreciate most about her is that she doesn’t give you answers or advice - She asks deep questions that help you introspect and understand. I have been able to come up with a set of action items that I own and that feel authentic.
Ambica, Portland, Oregon

Christina's listening skills are second to none and her ability to drive out actionable ideas from what she's heard is nothing short of outstanding. I trust her to help when I need it the most.

“Christina is a natural coach, and I found our sessions to be enormously helpful. She set expectations clearly and took the time to unpack what was on my mind and what I needed her help with, and continuously checked in to make sure we were discussing the right topics. Her conversational, approachable manner and her ability to listen, mirror, and probe deeper made it easy and natural to unpack some of what I've struggled with in my career and bring to light some tactics to help move past those obstacles. I'm fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Christina. She helped me crystallize my skills and my worries, feel more confident about my abilities, and take control of how I apply and grow them in my work.”
FAQs
-
A leadership coach, sometimes called an executive coach, is someone who helps you grow as a leader (regardless of your title). A great coach will help you become aware of who you are and how you’re impacting the world around you, so that you can make more intentional decisions, resulting in iterative change towards the person you're becoming.
-
We'll start with a strategy session to explore where you want to go, where you are now, and how you might achieve your goals. If we decide we’re a great fit for each other, we’ll begin our work by leveraging the Iteration Next framework to create your roadmap. From there, we'll iterate on it's execution, adjusting plans as you learn along the way. Feedback is very welcome - what's most important is that you’re getting what you want and need from coaching.
-
Yes, if you’re looking for someone to help you along your journey and you’re ready to invest time in yourself. You don't have to have a leadership title.
Coaching may not be a good fit if you’re looking for someone to give you a pre-made step-by-step action plan. You are unique, with your own life experience, strengths, and goals, and your roadmap will be unique to you, too.

A leadership coach will be specifically focused on helping you develop your leadership capability. Any area you want to focus to be a better leader is fair game. Many common topics include confidence and imposter syndrome, career direction, how to be ready for your next leadership role, interpersonal dynamics, managing transition, and more.

This very much depends on you, the themes you choose to dig into, and your commitment to the process. Book your strategy session to learn what makes sense for your goals.
